At the iconic Grand Hotel Quisisana, one of Capri's most prestigious destinations, excellence extends far beyond the guest experience. For the refurbishment of the poolside restaurant La Colombaia, the hotel once again entrusted Molteni to create a culinary space where performance, elegance and craftsmanship come together.
Conceived in close collaboration with Executive Chef Stefano Mazzone, the project was meticulously developed, with every detail tailored to the needs of the kitchen and the refined atmosphere of the property.
At its center stands a bespoke Molteni cooking suite, a unique piece crafted to reflect the Chef's vision and inspired by the iconic Molteni installation already featured in the hotel's main kitchen. Custom-made in every detail, the suite embodies timeless design with culinary mastery.
