Bálamo opened its doors in November 2018 in Alcorcón (Community of Madrid), with the idea of showing its customers a unique, special and surprising place. A cuisine desired by many and Bálamo makes available to all.
The decoration is reminiscent of the industrial style and is presided over by the largest indoor vertical garden in Europe, that can be seen from almost every angle of the restaurant with a truly surprising environmental impact.
