Molteni at the Tour Eiffel
After the “Jules Verne”, Electrolux Professional and Molteni have now redecorated the kitchen of the newest born in the Alain Ducasse dynasty: the “58 Tour Eiffel” restaurant.
Both restaurants are situated in the Tour Eiffel: the new "58 Tour Eiffel" is on the first floor while the "Jules Verne" is on the second floor.
The atmosphere is reminiscent of an airship moored above Paris, the large bay windows which look out over the Seine and the Trocadéro on one side and the frankly fascinating interior of the Tower itself on the other.
When entering, your the attention is suddenly captured by a red central made-to-measure Molteni show kitchen.
A masterpiece of 8m2 equipped with 2 ecotops, 2 bain-maries, 2 smooth frytops, 1 pasta cooker, 1 fryer, 2 ovens, 4 hot cupboards, 2 hot drawers and 3 salamanders!
To complete the Electrolux Professional package: a ventilation ceiling, 2 combi ovens with 20 grids, made-to-measure preparation equipment realized on the aesthetics of the Molteni stove, several refrigeration cabinets, a glasswasher and a flight type dishwasher.
