Restaurant-Hotel “Ca L’Arpa”, Banyoles, Girona, Spain

Both the hotel and restaurant are located in the city of Banyoles near Girona, in an ancient building dated 1910 that kept its historical name “ca l’Arpa” but was totally renewed in 2008.

Quality, relaxation and an elegant atmosphere are the three main characteristics the hotel and the restaurant strive to offer to their guests. To do so, Pere Arpa, the chef and owner of the restaurant, who was awarded with a Michelin Star, has prepared a selection of the best local recipes and preferred a made to measure Molteni stove for its ability to link tradition with the most innovative foodservice solutions. To complete the kitchen equipment, the Electrolux Professional cook&chill solution, composed by the air-o-steam® oven and the air-o-chill® blast chiller, was chosen.
