“La Cuisine” is equipped with the latest conferencing facilities and with a 100% ELECTROLUX PROFESSIONAL working kitchen, the star of which is a personalised MOLTENI PODIUM III complete with self-cleaning aspiration hood.

“La Cuisine” kitchen also includes an AIR-O-STEAM® combi-oven (6x GN 1x1), an under-counter dishwasher (WT30), refrigerated cells (HD 650 litres fridge and freezer) and tow stainless steel working tables.

Thanks to this installation, ELECTROLUX PROFESSIONAL now has a top quality reference in Geneva, Switzerland. Not only, but “La Cuisine” will be used for joint marketing projects by the two companies and ELECTROLUX PROFESSIONAL will have the opportunity to use the VIP area as its own showroom.
