Mardan Palace chose Electrolux and Molteni

One of the most prestigious resort hotels in Turkey, Mardan Palace, was inaugurated on May 23, 2009. Electrolux Professional was the supplier of foodservice and laundry equipment: one main kitchen, 2 banquet kitchens, 16 restaurants, 32 bars and cafes and a central laundry with a capacity of 10.000 Kgs!

Among the installed appliances, 19 thermaline cooking blocks, 12 ovens between air-o-steam combi ovens and air-o-speed high speed ovens, 8 chillers, 150 Smart refrigerators and freezers and 60 dishwashers of which one is a Flight Type.

If it is not enough, there are also 7 made-to-measure Molteni stoves which underline the prestige and luxury of this dream location.

Mariah Carey, Seal, Monica Belluci, Sharon Stone, Paris Hilton, Tom Jones, the president of Kazakhistan, Azerbaijan and Turkish ministers were some of the VIP guests at the inauguration ceremony.
