The Podium II

After the summer, the Podium appeared in Paris at the Equip’Hotel exhibition (Sept. 28th – Oct. 2nd) with the latest model introduced in the family: the Podium II.

We had already seen it at US exhibitions but this time it had completely updated its design.

Flexible, good looking and, most of all, easy to use and always in the right place: in front of the guest as actor of an unrepeatable show; on the swimming pool edge creating a convivial and friendly atmosphere; in the reception hall of a big party to put the Chef at the centre of the action.

Only to give you an idea of this small jewel, here is some technical information: its dimensions are 2500x1100x900 mm and its functions include wok, induction, solid top, bain-marie, water basin, cold and bottle drawers.

The enamel hood with the ellipse shape is part of this dream too. It is fitted with self-cleaning filters, 8 halogen lamps, a ventilator, a radio wave capture device that displays the energy consumption of each heating function.

But it is not all: during Equip’Hotel, the new Gastronomic Event Centre opened in Senlis (France) with an exclusive area dedicated to MOLTENI and its jewels, like the G200 Evolution and the famous Podium IV. Special shuttles carried the customers from the exhibition to the Gastronomic Event Centre and back all day long: it was a big success!!!
