New Molteni showroom in Saint Vallier, France

An increasing number of chefs are now interested in having such a tailor made jewel and they are also curious to know where and how the Molteni stoves are manufactured. For these reasons the Molteni experts equipped a new Showroom in Saint Vallier’s factory.

The official opening took place on the 2nd of April with the first visit: 7 Chefs and dealers came from Latvia to the small French village of Saint Vallier to learn how the unique made to measure stoves are made.

Up to now, six visits have been organised and about 20 VIP visitors took the occasion to visit the site where the craftsmen work every day to perform truly "made to measure" stoves.

Some of the tours included also the possibility to visit the Bocuse Institute in Lyon (Culinary school), another example of high quality applied to higher cuisine.
