The Michelin Guide three stars chef Alain Ducasse at Electrolux Professional’s Innovation Centre

Currently the only chef to hold three Michelin stars in three different countries, celebrity chef and author Alain Ducasse paid a visit to Electrolux Professional’s Innovation Centre in Vallenoncello.

The occasion of Ducasse's visit was an Electrolux Professional event that gathered leading French cuisine consultants and industry professionals from leading catering companies and representatives of world’s finest hotels and restaurants.

Quoting a passage of his book “Dictionnaire amoureux de la cuisine”, Ducasse offeres warm praise for Molteni, the prestigious kitchen equipment manufacturer which tops the Electrolux Professional product range. In an interview with L’Express, Alain Ducasse declared that his main purpose while cooking is to search for excellence; this means to create a very special experience combining hospitality with quality food and the best kitchen equipment. Ducasse prefers Electrolux Professional Molteni kitchens that are modern and at the same time traditional and unique; their uniqueness is assured by the fact that each one is craft made following the customers’ indications and desires.

The day at Vallenoncello naturally included some cooking, as Ducasse tested Libero Point. Libero Point is Electrolux Professional’s innovative mobile counter cooking system designed to allow chefs to use their inspiration in every location.
